2. Use of Services

Clients agree to provide accurate information and to use our services only for lawful purposes. We reserve the right to terminate services for any misuse, non-payment, or behavior deemed abusive or unethical.

3. Service Scope & Delivery

We offer fractional leadership, CRM development, SDR support, and staffing for human closers. Service outcomes may vary based on client participation, market factors, and data accuracy. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific sales outcomes.

4. Payments & Billing

All services are prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly fee. Retainer or subscription models must be canceled in writing with at least 14 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and materials created by CloserOps LLC remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed. Client-specific CRM builds or materials may be licensed or transferred upon full payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

CloserOps LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the past 60 days.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential business information. We will never sell, rent, or misuse your data. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

8. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for violation of these terms. Clients may cancel services with appropriate written notice, as outlined in their individual agreement.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Broward County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
